A Superbill is a comprehensive invoice that includes all session details needed for potential insurance reimbursement. However, it’s important to note that even with reimbursement, the full session fee is due at the time of each meeting.

Clients may schedule as frequently as every week, or as infrequently as they desire. My goal is to build lifelong relationships with my clients. Life’s challenges unfold in seasons, and my aim is to provide support whenever needed.

Generally, conversations with your therapist are confidential. Certain legal exceptions include cases of child or elder abuse reporting, specific threats of harm to others, and when a client expresses suicidal plan or intent.

While parents legally deserve relevant information about their child’s therapy, maintaining some confidentiality is crucial for building trust. Unless there is a significant safety concern, I am committed to treating the confidentiality of minors with the same respect as that of adults.

Look for therapists with relevant experience in your age group or concerning the issues you want to address. Practical factors like location, availability, and insurance also matter. Remember that therapist selection isn’t permanent; a good fit is paramount for successful treatment.
