Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Visa are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for a 24-hour notice for cancelations. If you miss an appointment, cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to pay the cancelation fee of $100.
